Promo & payments

 How the OHSEM deals work and how you’re billed. 

A1. Your monthly fee is half the standard rate for the first 9 billing cycles on eligible models; after that, it continues at the plan’s standard fee. 


A2. The plan continues at the normal monthly fee. Talk to us anytime if you wish to switch or upgrade. 


A3. Most approved plans don’t require a deposit. We’ll highlight any one-off charges (if applicable) before you confirm. 


A4. Monthly auto-debit with the card you set up during approval. We’ll guide you or via 📲 WhatsApp. 


A5. Usually one promo per subscription. We’ll apply the best available offer for you. 


A6. Fees follow the plan you agree to. If offers change later, we’ll advise your options transparently.
