If you choose to proceed with LG Subscribe™ , registration, verification, billing, and official order processing may be completed via LG Malaysia’s official channels/systems. Any such processes are subject to LG Malaysia’s terms, policies, and approval.

3) No Official “Guarantee” or Approval Promise.

We may help to guide you through steps and follow up where possible. However:

• We do not guarantee that an application will be approved
• We do not control LG Malaysia’s verification outcomes, call timing, appointment availability, stock availability, or service schedules
• Any timelines shared are estimates and may vary depending on LG Malaysia’s workflow and customer verification results
   

4) Pricing, Product Information & Availability.

All information on this Site (including product descriptions, pricing examples, promotions, gifts, rebates, and availability) may change without notice.

Final pricing, eligibility, stock availability, subscription approval, and installation scheduling are subject to:

• LG Malaysia’s official system and verification
• Product availability and service coverage in your area
• Any applicable official terms and conditions
   

Where there is any difference between information shared on this Site and LG Malaysia’s official confirmation, LG Malaysia’s official confirmation prevails.

5) Promotions, Rebates & Special Offers (If Applicable).

From time to time, you may see promotions or special offers referenced via this Site or our WhatsApp support.

(A) LG Malaysia Official Promotions.

Any promotion run by LG Malaysia is subject to LG Malaysia’s official terms and conditions, eligibility rules, stock, verification, and campaign period.

(B) Our Additional Rebates / Top-Ups (If Offered).

If we offer an additional rebate/top-up (for example via Touch ‘n Go eWallet), it is:

• Offered by us independently, not by LG Malaysia
• Subject to eligibility criteria we communicate to you at the time of offer (e.g., successful registration, verification completed, and valid customer identity)
• Processed only after the relevant registration/verification steps are completed (where applicable)
• Non-transferable unless we agree in writing
   

We may request reasonable proof (e.g., confirmed applicant name and registration status) to ensure the rebate is issued correctly.

Note: We reserve the right to decline or withdraw an additional rebate offer if we reasonably suspect misuse, misrepresentation, or incomplete/incorrect submission.

6) Registration Support & Customer Responsibilities.

If you request our help for registration steps, you agree that:

• You will provide information that is true, accurate, and up to date
• You will use your own identity and payment method where required by LG Malaysia’s official process
• You will follow instructions shown in LG Malaysia’s official system during verification

You are responsible for keeping your personal devices secure and for reviewing any official screens, confirmations, and declarations before submitting.

7) Sensitive Payment Information (Security Reminder).

This Site does not operate its own payment checkout.

For your safety, please do not send sensitive payment details (such as CVV/security code, OTP/passwords) through Site forms, WhatsApp, or email. If LG Malaysia’s official system requests verification steps, please follow instructions provided in that official flow.
