Q2. How quiet is it at night?

A.2: As low as 21 dB in Sleep Mode—quieter than a library. Mood light can be dimmed or turned off.

Q3. Does the wireless charging work with my phone?

A.3: Yes, it supports Qi-compatible phones/earbuds.

Place the device on the marked circle; thick/metal cases may affect charging.

Q4. How often do I replace the filter?

A.4: Rinse the pre-filter when dusty; replace the 360° filter about 6–12 months depending on haze/usage. The panel/ThinQ app will alert you.
